TJ took great care of my truck and got me in much faster than I expected. Since I rely on my truck for my business, minimizing downtime was a huge priority, and he understood that from the start. He kept me updated throughout the repair, got my transmission fixed quickly, and had me back on the road without missing work. Honest, responsive, and great to work with. I highly recommend TJ for any transmission repairs!
Was a great experience and my vehicle was returned in a timely manner was given the extended warranty and received great service from TJ. The manager would recommend this transmission shop to anyone I know.
I do not write very many reviews as a rule but when a place really goes above and beyond, it’s worth noting. The manager quickly met with me, discussed my truck’s “symptoms” and promptly started evaluating my truck. He had answers by the very next day to a complicated issue. The place was clean, the staff friendly and the manager was knowledgable. I usually go into a car servicing or repair place on guard because i have been ripped off before. I felt comfortable and at ease that i was given trust worthy information. 5 Stars
